Roc Technologies signs the Government Cyber Resilience Pledge

Our parent company, Roc Technologies, has become one of the first organisations to sign the UK Government's Cyber Resilience Pledge - a voluntary commitment, following the government's ministerial letter of October 2025, to raise the bar on cyber security across British business and its supply chains.

Cyber Security Minister Liz Lloyd welcomed the early signatories, noting that by signing, "Roc Technologies signals cyber resilience is core to their business operations." Roc CEO Matthew Franklin-Wilson described it as "a natural extension of our business principles - security underpins how we design and support solutions."

What the pledge commits to

The pledge sets out three headline actions:

  • Make cyber a board responsibility - implementing the Cyber Governance Code of Practice and completing the NCSC's Cyber Governance Training at board level, annually.
  • Sign up to Early Warning - registering for the NCSC's Early Warning service to get ahead of emerging threats.
  • Require Cyber Essentials across the supply chain - auditing coverage and taking a risk-based approach to requiring the Cyber Essentials standard from suppliers.

Roc has also committed to encouraging these measures through its own supply chain and to publishing an annual update on progress.

Why it matters for Coria

As a Roc Technologies company, Coria builds on the same foundation. Security and assurance are not add-ons to what we do - they are the point of it. Our Digital Cost Assurance work sits in exactly the kind of high-assurance, public-sector-facing environment this pledge is designed to protect, where clients need confidence that every process, and every supplier behind it, is handled with rigour.

Roc's commitment to the Cyber Resilience Pledge reflects the standards we hold ourselves to when we design, deliver and support software for our clients.
